Duties:
- Preparation of the daily shows (timing/on air cue sheets)
- Control and double-checking of adherence to Server Naming-Conventions
- Timing of all on-air elements in the control room
- Keeping track of daily production requirements
- Coordinating the integration of all information, segments and programs
- General assistance and program administration as required
- Recording and tracking Production issues
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary degree/diploma in broadcasting
- Two-years experience working in a Live Television Environment
- One-Year experience working in a Live Control Room as an On-air Production Assistant
- One-Year experience in timing & back timing elements (live and taped)
- Proven communication and teamwork skills
- A high degree of natural ability to calculate
- Highly proactive and thorough organizational abilities
- Demonstrated to detail and the ability to multi-task
- An understanding of languages other than English will be an added advantage
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
Shift work as assigned (days, evenings or weekends)
